As you enter, bamboo hardwood floors welcome you and flow from the entry through the dining room and into the great room. Dining for 8 offers convenience in this space. The updated functional, U-shaped kitchen has granite countertops and beautiful cabinets with a built-in wine rack for all your favorite wines. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need when you’re not dining out at Coligny Plaza.

Entertain everyone on the luxurious sectional sofa in the living room where the sunlight will tranquilize your mood; sit for hours and binge-watch your favorite television shows and movies, play a board game or snuggle with a novel. Relax and reflect after a long day at the beach on the back deck and utilize the chairs and table for a game of poker in the moonlight. **Fireplace is not for guest use**

The main level also features a first-floor primary suite with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV and private bath. A half bath off the great room completes the first floor.
