The stunning kitchen features a large island with seating for 6, stainless appliances, custom cabinetry and everything you’ll need to prepare a meal for your family!
The living room has been comfortably outfitted with a sleeper sofa, 3 chairs, a wall-mounted Smart TV and access to the private patio. The patio area features a dining table with an umbrella, perfect for dining al-fresco.
Guests are also able to enjoy the newly constructed den area on the first level. This private area features a dedicated workspace, wall-mounted flat screen, sofa and leather chair. A powder room is also located off the den for added convenience.
Both bedrooms and full bathrooms are located on the second level. The main bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, private balcony and a en-suite bathroom with double vanity and large tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a custom bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on the top. This room also has a flat screen TV and a private bath with a large vanity and a tiled tub/shower combination.
Per the Ocean Breeze/Treetops HOA, there can be a max of 2 adults per bedroom for a total of 4 adults.
The Ocean Breeze complex is pet friendly, has a swimming pool that is open from April through October, free on-site tennis, and is only a short walk to the beach. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex. 2 car passes are allowed per villa.
A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.
Forest Beach stretches along the Atlantic Ocean between the Shipyard and Sea Pines communities on Hilton Head Island. Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Space and Comfort
Ocean Breeze 7 was just right for us in terms of space and comfort. The location and access to amenities such as the beach, the pools within the complex and Coligney shopping were within walking distance for us. The condo is comfortably furnished and pet friendly. Wish we could have stayed longer! My husband and I needed a little normalcy (power and water) after Helene hit us in NC. Being ex Hilton Head locals we were excited to find this place! We loved the coziness of this Rental. The den was perfect for my studies and it had everything we needed for our stay. Would love to come back!

This was our first time at Hilton Head and it was absolutely incredible! We even extended our stay 2 days with ease (and were lucky the place was available)! We will certainly be back!! The end unit and backyard was perfect with our dog too. Very convenient that the house is at the beginning of the plan! Rental company was very responsive and helpful ! The place itself reminded us of home and was very spacious and cute :)
