The primary suite is located on the first floor with a king bed, private en suite with double vanity, walk-in shower and a soaking tub. There is access to the screened porch from the primary bedroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and access to a hall bathroom. On the second floor are the additional two bedrooms. The third bedroom has a king bed, water views, a private bath with double vanities, a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds and a private bath with a tub/shower combination. The laundry room with a washer and dryer is located on the second floor.

Hilton Head Sea Pines rentals are located in the Sea Pines Plantation, Hilton Head Island's original and largest planned resort. While it is currently the home of the annual Heritage Golf Tournament, it is the abounding natural beauty of Hilton Head Island that beckons one to return again and again. Five miles of white sandy beach offer swimming, sailing, parasailing, kayaking, and fishing. For the land lovers, there are 14 miles of bike paths, 3 golf courses, tennis, and a broad range of shops and restaurants that will please every vacationer.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Great view Nice, comfortable house. Never knew it was an attached home (duplex) until arrival. Had no neighbors so it was ok. Great screened porch with beautiful view of the sound, boats and lots of dolphins. Would go back.

5/5 Will definitely be back! The view was amazing- can view both sunset and sunrise. The screened in porch was a great place to relax. We had our own private beach for fishing, chasing crabs, kayaking, collecting sea shells, and swimming. Some reviews stated the back did not look like the photo, but it was even better than the photos. Steps went right down to the softest sand. Still plenty of sand even during high tide. Ample room for everyone to sleep and nice large sectional for everyone to relax. 10/10 recommend!

Quiet, and relaxing unit in Lands End
This unit is the best one at Lands End in our opinion, although any unit in Lands End is good. We like the quiet and less crowded area of Sea Pines. The was abundant nature off the deck everyday, ospreys, dolphin, eagles, a manatee and other shorebirds. We sat on the deck a lot, rode bikes and kayaked the sound. The beds were all comfortable with plenty of linens and towels. The unit could use some minor kitchen update, a new coffee maker and some new kitchen supplies. Also, we rented a kayak thinking we could launch the boat right from the unit down the stairs. The pictures are deceiving, there was thick stinky mud at the bottom of the stairs and sea grass. We were able to get the boat out but had to put it out at high tide and it was difficult. These are only minor things. The unit overall is wonderful. Lands End 52
My children and I came for 5 days. We received a warm, clean and welcoming home for our holiday getaway. Everything about the home was perfect and we would absolutely stay again. We had no issues and did not need to connect with the property management. I did forget an outfit in one of the drawers and called them once I came home. I received a call the next day from Derek letting me know he had my items and will mail that afternoon when he left the office.
