Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Villa was beautiful, lovely furnishing and fully equipped. Location could not be better as it was a 3 minute walk to golf tournament, 5 minute walk to Harbortown and stones throw from Sea Pines Center. Reservation process was simple and easy. The condo was exactly as advertised, well appointed with plenty of space for my family of three. Great location with easy access to bike trails.

Perfect Location
Lighthouse Villa 2413 was great for our family of four on our last trip to Hilton Head. With two kids who LOVE to swim, the location is second to none since it's right by the pool. We were able to easily run back to the villa if we forgot something or someone needed a break. The layout is perfect and easy, and the bedrooms were the right fit for us. The bathrooms are really stunning, and the in-home washer & dryer was a lifesaver since bathing suits don't always dry outside in the humidity. The location was easy to get to and we walked into Harbour Town. Sunset Rentals knocked it out of the park with the text communication and we will stay with them again on our next trip!

It was wonderful - a fantastic vacation in a beautiful setting, only enhanced by the gorgeous location. Quite, even next to the pool. Wonderful tennis courts. Easy shuttle ride to the beach. We can not wait to come back!
