I found this Unit very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The view from bother second floor bedrooms of the lush foliage snd water stream was amazing. The convenient and more than functional appliances were greatly appreciated. All in all A plus Accommodations!

Second time and still a charm
This was my second time staying at 4301 and it was just a great as I remembered. The location is the best -- so close to the beach and shops.

Spacious and well-located
My wife and I stayed here for a week in June and were pleasantly surprised by the spacious accommodations and how well situated this unit was, an easy walk to a less crowded beach and close to restaurants and shops. Just the two of us, we had plenty of room to spread out, but two couples could also easily stay here. The atmosphere was very pleasant and serene. Owner had all the appliances and utensils we needed, plus a handy cart for the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice pet friendly property with easily walkable beach access. Loved the layout of the unit and it has a very private feeling backyard (especially given the number of units in the community) with a nice private deck off the two upstairs bedrooms. The only slight downsides were a very loud AC unit in the foyer closet and the parking spots closest to the unit were very tight and difficult to navigate.

Adorable villa with a great view and close to the beach
I was so work-fatigued when I arrived at this gem. I was aching for the beach, relaxing, and walking along the shore. We stayed for five days, and I walked to the beach every day -- it only took 10 minutes to get there. Aside from the beach, I just wanted to chill, and this villa was great for that. It's a beautiful and comfortable size with a beach house vibe. I came with two others, and we had more than enough room. Big comfy couches with super-soft throws were nice on our lazy nights. And the view is excellent from the second-floor balcony, where the cutest little table and chairs are perfect for enjoying the scenery. I've been to Hilton Head at least a dozen times and I've stayed at a different place each time. But this condo was my best experience by far and I can't wait to come back.
