Egret 2 has an open floor plan, multiple living areas, a gourmet kitchen and fantastic sleeping accommodations. As you enter the home, you're greeted with natural light, a coastal vibe and wall-to-wall wood flooring.
Entering the home from the back door, there is a pool bar to your left equipped with a mini-fridge and cocktail-making tools. To your right through the sliding doors enjoy access to the private patio and pool. Further into the home, you'll find the first of two living areas, as well as the dining area. This living room features plush furnishings and a 65” wall-mounted Smart TV viewable from the kitchen and dining area.
The quaint dining area seats 8 with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen island. The spacious kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless appliances, and a large island. The ample cabinet space and separate pantry paired with the well-stocked kitchen make cooking a meal for your group an absolute joy.
At the front of the home, you'll find an additional living area with a large, plush sectional and wall-mounted 65” Smart TV. The designer blue ceiling, shiplap feature wall and ambient electric fireplace in this room create that “curl up with a good book” cozy feeling after a long day on the beach.
The stunning over-sized primary suite features a king bed, sitting area and 55” Smart TV above an electric fireplace perfect for a little time away from the rest of your crowd. The en-suite private bathroom has gorgeous mosaic marble floors, quartz countertops and dual vanities with a large tiled walk-in shower with double shower heads.
The second guest room rivals the primary suite by offering a king bed, 43” Smart TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a large soaking tub and a separate marble walk-in shower.
The third bedroom features a queen bed, sitting area, 43” Smart TV and a private bathroom with a marble tub/shower combination.
The final bedroom will be perfect for the kids of the group! This room features two sets of custom twin bunk beds, a day bed and a Smart TV. This room has access to a hall bathroom with a marble tub/shower combination and coastal pebble floor.
Not to be missed is the private, fenced-in pool complete with café lights overhead and lounge chairs on the deck. Enjoy a meal al fresco on the secluded patio equipped with a gas grill, café table and bistro chairs for 6. The exterior of this home also has an outdoor shower and bike racks for added convenience.

Forest Beach HHI is known as Hilton Head's "downtown" offering a wide variety of bars, restaurants, gift shops, grocery stores and the buzzy Coligny Plaza. Just two blocks from Coligny, this Forest Beach HHI home provides easy walking or biking access to dozens of restaurants, boutique shopping, frequent live music, and the newly developed Celebration Park with pirate ship playground. All of this is situated within the natural beauty of Hilton Head Island and directly on one of the finest beaches on the East Coast.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

The home was perfect for our family! The bedrooms, kitchen and sitting area decor were lovely! The pool was so nice to have. It was walking distance to beach and center of coligny. Absolutely lovely home and street! We will be back! The rental company was very nice.

Wonderful experience throughout our stay!
The owners of the property did an incredible job with the furnishings, and you can tell they really want tenants to have the best experience possible based on the attention to detail.
- Location to the beach was ideal, its only 2 blocks away (about a 5-min walk and completely shaded) which was perfect for riding a bike or pulling your beach toys
- I was also impressed how close the rental property to amenities that are important on a vacation. As an example, grocery store or a quick trip to an ice cream store or a selection of restaurants was very nice to have.
- The pool on the property was also very nice so that you had options to have a pool day vs going to the beach.
I highly recommend this rental property to any medium to large sized family as you really have everything you need with the space and comfort for a wonder family vacation.

We absolutely loved the location of this house. A quick walk or bike ride has you at beach, shops, restaurants or grocery store yet it was very private and quiet. The house itself has wonderful floor plan with stunning decor. Great house for a family with large kitchen, multiple bathrooms, comfy bedrooms and sitting areas. TVs are located throughout. The mini fridge located at sliders to patio and pool was a great touch. Also appreciated the bike racks outside. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Laid Back Bougie
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property! The decor was impeccable and a lovely casual beach vibe. The kitchen was well equipped for making food at the house and the two living rooms was perfect for us since we had a bunch of teenage boys and moms and could hang out together but separately. ;) The pool and backyard setting was wonderful and private. The bedrooms were immaculate and the master bedroom was stunning. The proximity to the beach in Coligny was awesome. Amazing Property
The house was simply amazing. It was recently renovated and the results are indicative of great planning and execution. The house has all of the modern touches needed to keep families happy, but has some classic, and appealing Hilton Head qualities that keep it from being a jarring visual on the HHI landscape. Great house!
We had such a good time in HHI! The owners have truly outfitted this house to suite a big family. Only a short walk to the beach, pool in backyard and gas grill you are set up for an awesome beach getaway! Our kids LOVED the bunk room and every bedroom has its own TV. Beautiful vacation
The Laid Back Bougie truly is laid back bougie. Me and my family had a wonderful time and this stay was a truly great experience. Not only is the place a very short walk to the beach and coligny, a nearby shopping center, all rooms in the house were artfully decorated and the surfaces were all spotless.
