This elevated home has an open floor plan that’s perfect for vacationing with family and friends. The equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters and custom cabinetry. The dining area has seating for 6 + 2 additional chairs, and 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar.
The spacious living room with wall-mounted smart flat-screen TV provides a great space for gathering. **Fireplace is not for guest use.** A set of sliding glass doors leads to a screened-in porch with an outdoor dining table and access to the deck with a gas grill. If you take the steps down from the back porch, you’ll have a direct path down to the beach.
Two guest bedrooms and bathrooms are also on the first floor. The first has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV and access to the deck area. This room also has a private bathroom with double vanities and a tiled walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds and a flat-screen TV. This room has access to a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The primary bedroom and the fourth bedroom can be found on the second floor. The spacious primary suite has a king bed, flat screen TV and access to a private balcony where a slight view of the ocean can be seen. This room also features a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The fourth guest bedroom has two twin beds, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
There is parking under the home and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach!
Beachside 13 is located in Sea Pines, Hilton Head Island's original and largest planned resort. Sea Pines Resort is home to the Harbour Town golf course and boasts easy access to the world-famous Hilton Head beaches with swimming, sailing, parasailing, kayaking, and fishing. With 14 miles of bike paths, 3 golf courses, tennis, a broad range of shops and restaurants, this Sea Pines Hilton Head home will please every visitor to Hilton Head Island.
Please specify # of security gate passes needed at the time of reservation. Car passes are $17 per pass per week.

Can access the beach from multiple bike trails along South Sea Pines Drive, or park at one of the Sea Pines Trolly Stops and ride the Trolly to the Sea Pines Beach Club.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Beachside 13
Fantastic house only steps away from the beach on shared walkway. Views of the ocean through the trees from the deck. The location can't be beat! Nicely updated furnishings and well-equipped kitchen. We liked the covered parking under the house for 2+ cars. Easy walk to Salty Dog and shops. Lots of activity at the tennis courts (with pickle ball) but noise was negligible. We love Sea Pines for its wonderful beaches and bike paths, even in winter.

Lovely house, Great Location
This was the tenth house I’ve rented in Sea Pines. It fares very favorably to others in its price range in terms of comfort, decor, and how well it is equipped. The location is fabulous for access to the beach and the South Beach Marina along with all that it offers (tennis, pickle ball, Salty Dog, etc.).
