The living area is comfortably furnished with a sleeper sofa, standard sofa, two chairs and a wall mounted Smart TV and access to the private porch area. The porch is outfitted with a dining table and chair set, gas grill and fantastic views of the golf course.
The dining area seats 8 comfortably with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen bar. A desk area has been added just off the dining room for added convenience. The kitchen has been plenty of counter space, custom cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is also outfitted with high-end amenities, such as a Keurig Duo, food processor and stemware. The first level also has a renovated powder room.
Both bedrooms and bathrooms will be found on the 2nd floor. Most photos to come of these rooms and bathrooms as the renovations near completion! The main bedroom features a king bed, and the guest bedroom will have a queen size bed, as well as a twin bed with a trundle. Both bedrooms feature Smart TVs and walk-out decks as well.
The Shipmaster area of Shipyard Plantation is only a leisurely 15-minute walk or bike ride on the scenic bike paths to the beach. This community has an on-site pool and free tennis. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
Shipyard Plantation rentals are tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head Island. The plantation offers 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty. A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Incredible Location
The beds are comfortable, and bathrooms and patios, and terraces are excellent. The location is incredible. Very tidy and lovely Villa equipped with everything you need. Great Location
This Villa was just perfect. Recently renovated, top to bottom by no doubt a professional. Outside sitting area is perfect for morning bloody Mary’s and cooking out. Plenty of close choices for great golf , restaurants, and adult beverages. Comfortable sleeping, especially after a day of riding bikes on green ways and beach. 3 college friends that hadn’t seen one another for 20+ years. 3 guys that used “Ritz Carlton” style accommodations. Opt’d for the ‘VRBO’ route so we could hang out together. This was the perfect place for us. The home was spotless, recently and very professionally renovated. This guy didn’t cut corners. The home is well furnished, tv’s, Wi-Fi (that works well), great interior design and finishes, all the necessary kitchen tools and appliances, a really good coffee machine, ice maker, plenty of towels and linens.
