Fabulous Townhouse!

Fabulous townhouse for a family trip, girl’s trip or whatever you may be looking for. The home was clean and beautiful with every possible amenity (even had things that we didn’t know that we needed).  We enjoyed the beautifully decorated first floor open floor plan  and second floor,  three bedroom En suites. It was perfect for different bedtime and wake up schedules. (which we needed) It’s steps away from the pool and courts. It was perfect for us. The location of the development is so close to absolutely everything. We had an amazing time biking to the beach and various cafes. We will definitely be back!

Immediately driving into the Shipyard plan I felt like I was on vacation. The tree lined streets with bike paths gave such an inviting peaceful feel. The home was impeccably clean and comfortable. My favorite feature was having 3 bedrooms with their own bath. Perfect for families or friends to have their own bit of privacy. The common area was great for gathering and the screened in porch is perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning! We had everything we needed and more! The kitchen is well equipped with extra items labeled and easy to find in the pantry closet. I loved the fact that we were steps away from the pickleball court and pool. Another favorite was riding our bikes to The Bank Brewery (just about a mile away) at the entrance of Shipyard community. Riding bikes to Coligny Beach and Watutsi Café for a yummy brunch bite were also highlights. I can’t wait to stay here again! The house has a beautiful beachy vibe and left me studying my calendar to figure out how soon I could come back!

Amazing place for a girls trip!
Great place, beautifully decorated, clean with everything you need. Short easy bike ride to beach and restaurants. Pickle ball courts and pool are a bonus and very close to unit. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Location, Amazing Amenities, Amazing Host!
Wow, what a wonderful time!! We had 3 couples staying for a week in the townhome and with its spacious and inviting interior never once did we feel like there wasn't enough space for everyone to do their own thing. Its prime location just moments from the beach allowed us days of sun-soaked relaxation, beach biking and walking. The full kitchen has beautiful countertops, plenty of additional appliances in the appliance cupboard, and ample cabinet space. We enjoy casual meals at the breakfast bar or gathering around the adjacent dining area. The spacious bedrooms offered plenty of closet storage, dressers and a full bath so no one has to share. The bedrooms also boast their own private balcony, perfect for sipping morning coffee or watching the sunset over the pickleball court. A private screened in patio provides a quiet retreat in the mornings for enjoying a cup of java or making that business call without disturbing others. We also enjoyed access to a range of amenities, including golf courses, Pickleball court which was steps from the front door. We biked to the beach, local restaurants & bars, the shops at Coligny Beach and just to get some exercise. Although we didn't bring our puppy, knowing this is a pet friendly townhome means we'll be coming back again soon and Wrigley will be enjoying all the morning walks on the paved trails with us. We had a great time at Golfmaster 305. The home is lovely and in a great location. Everything went super smoothly from booking our stay to checking out. We didn't have to call them for anything. Each detail was just as they had explained.

Lovely Home
We stayed at this condo for a weekend in October and it was lovely! The house is spacious, clean, well-maintained, and has very cute decorations. The en suite bathrooms for each bedroom are a great plus. It was very close to shops and attractions and we loved biking in and out of the neighborhood each day to get places. We would definitely stay here again!

Home away from home!

We loved this property!  It was like a home away from home. Very relaxing back screened porch and well-equipped kitchen!  The pickle ball court was just steps away from the front door and seemed to be readily available!  The pool was also a very short walk!  The beautiful scenic bike ride to the beach was only about 10 minutes!  Would definitely recommend this property and will stay here again in the future!

We loved our stay at Golfmaster 305! The home was very clean and decorated beautifully. A lot of thought went into the decor of each room! Very lovely! We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was, making cooking any meal indoors a breeze. Sunset Rentals went above and beyond with their customer service. They kept in contact with us, letting us know they were always available if we had any issues at all. Everything was simple with check-in and check-out. We loved?the beautiful pool just steps away from the home. It was an overall A+ excellent experience! We would love to stay with Sunset again and particularly in Golfmaster 305!

Great location and ammenities
This home was an amazing find. It is stocked with anything you would need for your vacation. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is a huge bonus. The location was great and close to so many things. I would highly recommend and wo7ld return again anytime.
