It features new stainless appliances, marble counters, plenty of cabinet space and an oversized island with 4 barstools. Just off the kitchen is the dining area with seating for 6. Another set of sliding doors can be found off the dining area.
The master bedroom is located on the first level. This large space features a king bed, wall-mounted flat screen, and sliding doors that lead to the back patio. The master also features a private bathroom with a double vanity, stand alone tub and a walk-in shower.
Uniquely, the first level of the home features a dedicated office space, as well as a multipurpose space that can be used for a play area, yoga studio or another office for those on a working vacation! The powder room and laundry room are also located on this level.
The second floor of the home features the two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa, as well as a flat screen TV. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a flat screen TV. Both bedrooms share access to a hall bathroom with a large vanity area and a walk-in shower.
Guests of this Sea Pines Hilton Head rental can easily navigate the Sea Pines Hilton Head community by bike or by any of the walking trails. The Harbour Town area and beach are just 2 miles away- an easy bike or car ride.
Vehicle Policy: Sea Pines requires each vehicle to have a gate/car pass. Car passes are $17.00 per car per week.
Pet Policy: This home is dog-friendly and allows up to 2 dogs MAX; 40 lbs per dog. If you are planning to bring your canine companion, there is an additional non-refundable fee of $225 per dog.

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Wonderful Home!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at 2 Water Oak last week! Cleanliness is my top priority when I look for a house, and this home was spotless and spacious. Everything was fresh and new, and beautifully decorated. If you need to “work from home”, there are two rooms with desks. The kitchen is wonderful and really well-stocked with lots of extras. It has a large pantry cabinet that is empty where you can store all of your food items. The laundry room has a huge washer and dryer and hooks to hang your beach towels. The back yard has a large table, a couple of nice lounge chairs, and a brand-new gas grill. I slept in a room upstairs and the bed was really comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet. The bike path is just a couple of blocks from the house. We rented bikes and enjoyed easy bike rides several days to Harbour Town, the Beach Club, and even a longer one to South Beach and the Salty Dog. On the other days, we took walks along the bike bath to the Lawton Stables and to the Beach Club. I will definitely stay at this property again. This was the perfect house for my family’s Hilton Head vacation. It was beautifully decorated, very clean, great customer service through Sunset Rentals. None of wanted to leave! We are already planning next years trip. Thank you to the home owners for sharing their beautiful home.

Great property. Newly renovated, clean and spacious. Had two rooms set up for remote working which served several in our party well to stay connected. Central location for all Hilton Head activities. Great New Home!
Really enjoyed this scenic and spacious home in a quiet neighborhood! It was super clean and had all of the amenities we needed plus more! All amenities were updated and we enjoyed our stay very much. Clearly, the owner paid attention to detail to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed.
