This area is defined by an open dining/serving counter and includes a small laundry room to the rear that contains a full-size washer and dryer.
The kitchen overlooks the dining area, which has seating for 6 with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar. The adjoining living room has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and a slider door then opens to a corner deck, which has a cafe table for 4 and overlooks the Colonnade Club pool.
Off of the living room, a short hallway passes a hall bath and ends at the master bedroom, which features a king-size bed, flat screen TV, a private bath with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom features a full bed and a twin bed, a flat screen TV and a connecting door to the hall bath with a walk-in shower.
If you’re looking for Hilton Head condo rentals, the Colonnade Club is a wonderful vacation destination within Shipyard Plantation. This complex is close to the beach with an on-site pool (open April 15th through September), pool house, heated spa and community BBQ grills. Please note Colonnade Club is not equipped with elevators and use of stairs is required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Awesome vacation villa
This is our 8th time visiting Hilton Head and our 4th time staying in Colannade Club. The villa was well equipped and comfortable. We loved the games and books provided as entertainment. The kitchen was well equipped with nice appliances and utensils. Beds and sofa bed were comfortable and cozy!! Love the proximity to the pool and beach. It was an enjoyable stay, we had issues with the lock one night, the the maintenance staff worked as quickly as they could to rectify the issue. Very friendly as well. The amenities were excellent, clean, well maintained, and provided a great relaxing week of vacation.

Great Stay in Shipyard
Normally our family stays in the Forest Beach Area, but decided to try Shipyard when we planned a last vacation and 176 had an open vacancy. Loved our stay in this condo. It’s clean, nicely decorated, and roomy. Deck has a wonderful pool view and the beach is an easy walk along the adjacent bike path. Loved the laid back atmosphere of Shipyard as well.
