The dining area is behind the living room and has seating for 6, as well as access to the private porch through sliding glass doors.
The porch area has golf course views and steps down to a unique secluded backyard area. You'll be just steps away from the salt-water community pool and hot tub as well.
The owners of this home have designed a unique sunroom, right off the kitchen- perfect for cozying up with a good book!
The galley-style kitchen has stainless appliances, granite counters, and a tile backsplash. The kitchen is equipped with a drip coffeemaker, Keurig, toaster oven and everything you'll need to make a meal for your family.
The master bedroom is located on the first level. This room has a new king bed in May 2024, flat screen TV, large closet, and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom is located up a set of spiral stairs. This loft style room has a queen bed, twin bed, large closet and a desk area. The private en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower with dual vanities. '

Windward Village, Hilton Head is conveniently located near the Pope Avenue entrance in the gated community of Shipyard Plantation, making it an easy walk to Coligny Plaza's shops, restaurants and beach access. The condo is just a quick bike ride to both the Shipyard Beach Club with private beach access and the Coligny Beach. Guests of Windward Village in Hilton Head have access to a salt water community pool, hot tub and firepit area.

Perfect place!
This place was the perfect place to have a 3-day vacation. This was the first time we have visited the area, it definitely wont be the last. we saw an alligator crossing the road right in front of us, and we saw dolphins at Hudson's Seafood House on the docks. The food here is amazing. Definitely go tour the lighthouse, the view is breathtaking.
The AirBnB is cozy and perfect for 2 couples to stay with each other I really love the decor and now I want a staircase like this in my house. Everything is so clean. We enjoyed the coffee bar too. Will recommend to others to visit HHI if they come this way!

Great place for a long weekend!
This is our first stay on Hilton Head Island, although we have day-tripped here a couple of times, and we couldn't have found a better place to stay. The location was ideal!
The unit is so well decorated. Beachy, yet not a cliche. All the little details were covered, down to the plastic cups for outside use.
We got a kick going out in the mornings to look for the gator in the front pond. We also enjoyed biking to the beach.
It's a great place for a long weekend!

Your house was very comfy for our family of 4. As an interior designer, I loved the style of your beach house. It gave me all sorts of ideas to bring home to the midwest. You providing coffee and small details didn't go unnoticed. The beds were so comfortable!

The place was perfect for us—a couple with two teenage boys. The boys had their own “zone” in the lofted area, and there were four different seating areas between the living room, dining room, sun room & back deck overlooking the lush grounds. The place was nicely furnished and had outdoor storage for all of our bikes. We’ll be back!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time at your place on our annual HHI vacation! It is conveniently located, and the place is so comfortably. Love it here...
This is our 2nd staying here. This is the most beautiful place. We love all the decor, very good taste. The condo is very clean. It's so peaceful here. We love the quick access to the beach.
The Skull Creek Boathouse is the spot for great seafood and steak.
Look forward to returning...Also, the coffee bar sets the tone!

117 Windward Village was a very charming and cozy place to call home for our family of 6. We loved the loft, spiral staircase, airy environment, beautiful bathrooms, and peaceful closed-in sun porch. We cooked in for most of our meals, so we utilized the kitchen a lot. The kitchen is small but met our needs. We loved the proximity to Coligny Plaza and beach. And the village is set back from the main corridor of Shipyard so we felt safe with our kids. We'd stay here again! Thank you for making our first family road trip a success!

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay at Windward 117. We had the right amount of room for our group of 7. We enjoyed the coffee bar, the updated showers and super quick access to the pool. Shipyard Beach and golf were convienent and not too crowded. Piggly Wiggly was very close by, and great shrimp! Thank you for sharing your piece of Hilton Head Island, SC with us.
