The dining area has a table with seating for six with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar.
Just off the entry is the kitchen with new granite countertops, all full-size appliances, new cabinetry and a dining/serving counter, which is open to the dining/living room and provides the cook with a view of the water.
Off the living room is a spacious bedroom with two queen beds and full bath overlooking the pool and the ocean. The bathroom is nicely updated with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination.
To the right of the entry is the master bedroom with a king bed that is beautifully furnished with a large armoire and TV/DVD, an updated private bath, and a slider door to a private covered balcony with a water views.

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils.
Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

We absolutely loved this condo! It was the perfect size for our family of five. It was so clean and decorated so beautifully and the view was fantastic- a great location as well. The whole process from start to finish was so easy and everything was totally smooth. We would absolutely rent this condo again!

The property was so clean! I’ve stayed in places (other beaches) were we felt we needed to clean the entire condo before settling in. We absolutely love HHI and Beachside Tennis Villas were perfect for my family of 4. Loved being able to walk across the street to the marina and also be ocean front.
