The kitchen offers an island, granite countertops, a bay window, and stainless steel appliances. A dry bar with three bar stools serves as the perfect place to sip some wine. The living room offers a 4 piece sitting group, a mounted flat screen, and access to the backyard.
Gloucester 19 sleeps 13 guests in 5 inviting bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. The other bedrooms offer, two twin size beds, a set of bunks with a single twin-size bed, a full-size bed, and a queen size bed. There are two additional showers for these bedrooms to share. For added convenience, a washer and dryer is located in the home for all your laundry needs.
Enjoy the finest in Hilton Head outdoor living from this stunning Shipyard rental in Hilton Head. The pool is the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach. The backyard is outfitted with a dining table and chairs, lounge chairs and a propane grill. **Heat is available for the pool only. The pool can be heated for an additional cost.**

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Easy to work with Sunset Rentals and great communication about the rental home. Air conditioning was working but house was warm due to issue with thermostats. Sunset Rentals did immediately provide portable air conditioning units upon our request.

This is your Happy place
