With splashes of blues of yellows, the warm living room features a two piece seating group, a comfy armchair and a flat screen television. The dining room sits next to the living room and features a beautiful, hand carved dining room table and six matching chairs. For additional seating one can head a few steps over to the breakfast bar which has four sleek and cozy bar chairs. On the opposite side of the breakfast bar is the very functional, craftsman-designed kitchen, home to stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a Keurig coffee maker and customized cabinetry for ample storage space. For added convenience there is a washer and dryer located off the kitchen.
The primary bedroom offers a majestic feel with plenty of sunshine and features a king bed, a flat screen television for your entertainment needs, and its own private bathroom with two sinks and a walk in shower. The second bedroom also features a queen bed and has a flat screen television; the windows from this room offer tranquil landscape views. The third and final bedroom will be a perfect kids’ room since it offers plenty of space to roll around with a bunk bed and a trundle. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom.
Guests will have a new rear deck for the summer of 2024! This spacious upper level wood deck is outfitted with cushioned patio furniture with seating for 7.
Covered parking is available just beneath the home.
A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Fantastic House!
Our crew (2 adults and 4 kids) had an awesome week in this house! We decided not to bring our dog last minute and while absolutely perfect for a pet (big yard!) there was no sign whatsoever of previous pet guests. The house is quite spacious and very clean. Everything worked well...no surprises and the kitchen is very well appointed. The only slight advisory is that the AC is not ice cold...72/73 degrees....which was comfortable for us. Main points: Great hot water with decent pressure. Remodeled within the last several years and well maintained. Big covered area under the house (aside from parking) for all beach gear and bikes and many trash cans (which is appreciated!) Minutes from grocery stores, CVS, restaurants, movies, etc....very convenient and all far less crowded than Coligny and mid-Island businesses,...which was a big benefit in July! Quiet neighborhood on dead-end street so no thru-traffic...pretty rare! Tips: The beach access for the neighborhood is actually alongside Sweet Grass Manor. We rented bikes and a bike trailer and used the trailer to haul the gear to the beach early...and then rode bikes on the beach for a while before relaxing..... great set up! The beach is huge at low tide and ample but more narrow at high tide which became important as the beach to the north and south was packed solid at mid-day high tide due to big hotels/resorts and access from multiple public parks with large public parking lots. The beach at the Sweet Grass access is perfect and not at all crowded as it fronts a row of beach houses. All that said, Marriott’s boardwalk is also close to the house and has a beach bar along the way (a plus!). Either way, walk/bike a half mile south along the beach and check out where the marsh flows into the ocean - unique. When you return, as far as we could tell, the hose on the shed along the driveway was for renters use...we used it! -There is no pull-out couch or sofa bed…it’s just a couch (though very comfortable). There is indeed a low trundle bed under the bunk beds. The bunk beds and trundle are really best left to the kids...not advised for adults...just sayin. -Our kids loved biking to the parks to the north and south of the house, to mini-golf to the north, and all the trails in between. -Overall, a great, roomy house that is very private and secluded yet close to a beautiful stretch of beach and perfect for pets! Fantastic find!
We loved this house! It was a last minute trip with a pet and we couldn’t have been happier! The house has everything you need to feel at home! 2 coffee pots, a large selection of pots and pans, a grill, a back yard fire pit, extra blankets and a very clean and lovely atmosphere.. It’s a very short walk to the beach! Just two turns and a boardwalk and you are there! Definitely recommend renting bikes as they have miles and miles of bike paths! Definitely would recommend and will visit again for sure! We rented 9 Bradley circle. We loved it! It is a wonderful beach home - close to the beach and had a very well stocked kitchen. The decor is darling. Sunset rentals was so easy to work with and very responsive- I didn’t read the fine print in our rental agreement and we didn’t have enough toilet paper for a week- they quickly ran us some! We would definitely rent from them again!
