The living room features a wall mounted flat screen TV, all new living room furniture and access to the private balcony with a gas grill and bistro set.
The dining area seats 6 and has views of the living room and kitchen. The well-equipment kitchen has everything needed to cook a meal for your group. The floorplan has been opened to include a island bar area with seating for 2, as well as all new appliances, counters and cabinets.
The second level houses both bedrooms and bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a flat screen TV, as well as a private attached bathroom. The guest bedroom has queen bed and full size bunk beds, as well as access to the hall bathroom.
The owners of the property have included beach chairs and a beach umbrella for guest use.
Guests of Seascape Hilton Head villa rentals have access to two community pools, as well as private restrooms at the beach. The Forest Beach area is known as Hilton Head's "downtown" offering wide variety bars, restaurants, gift shops and grocery stores, all of which are a short walk from Seascape. Coligny Plaza, Coligny Beach Park, The Beach Market and the Coligny Theatre are within biking distance. All of this is situated within the natural beauty that is Hilton Head and directly on one of the finest beaches on the east coast.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Great stay at Stayin' Salty!
We had a great stay at “Staying Salty”. The condo is newly renovated, very clean and nicely done. We loved the location, close to everything. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. They have beach equipment which was a big plus. Would definitely come back.

Comfortable well located Villa

Loved staying here!
Loved staying at this unit! It had everything we needed! Fully stocked kitchen for those nights when we cooked in. Gas grill on deck which overlooks the lagoon came in handy for grilling! Comfy beds and linens, full size washer and dryer was a plus as well! The unit is decorated in a peaceful beachy vibe, which set the tone for a great stay! We used the beach chairs and umbrella for beach days! Unit is close to the pool and a short walk to the beach! Would definitely stay here again!

Five Star Villa!
Our stay at Stayin’ Salty was perfect. A five star villa for many reasons. The villa is nicely renovated and decorated and is well equipped for short or longer stays. The beds are comfy too. The great thing about this villa is its quiet location compared to other villas in seascape. The fact it is an end unit makes it even more so. The staff at Sunset rentals are both cordial and attentive with quick responses to issues or concerns. That said, we really didn’t really have any need to call them as everything was perfect! I have booked again for later this year and look forward to returning to our little piece of paradise.
