As you walk in the front door, you're greeted with an open floor plan with a completely updated, open kitchen. The oversized granite top island serves as a bar area with seating for 5, with seating for 4 at the breakfast table as well. The kitchen has stainless appliances and custom cabinetry.
The living room is outfitted with a comfortable sofa and a twin sleeper chair, as well as a flat screen TV, a desk area and access to the private porch. The private porch offers an outdoor dining area for 2 as well as an electric grill. A half bath is located just off the living area for added convenience.
Up the stairs you'll find a primary suite with a king bed, flat screen TV and private bathrooms with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a full bed, as well as a flat screen TV. This room also has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Vehicle Policy: Ocean Breeze allows TWO vehicles.
Occupancy Policy: Per the Ocean Breeze/Treetops HOA, there can be a max of 2 adults per bedroom for a total of 4 adults.
Pet Policy: This property allows up to TWO (2) dogs, with a max weight of 75 lbs. per dog. An additional non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet is required if you are bringing a dog.
The Ocean Breeze complex on Hilton Head Island is pet-friendly, has three swimming pools that are open from April through October, with one in this villa's back yard, free on-site tennis and is only a short walk to the beach. Both Coligny Circle and Alders Lane beach access points offer restrooms, showers, and a lifeguard station during peak season and are less than a 10-minute walk from the villa. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils.
Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

44 Ocean Breeze was fantastic! Such a lovely space and equipped with everything you need for a great vacation! We cook a lot due to food allergies and this place had everything we needed to make delicious meals like home. We also found a few allergy friendly restaurants to go to. A quick walk to the beach, a bike ride to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and Coligny park. We really love staying in this part of the Island! It’s so convenient to everything. This home has beach chairs and a sturdy beach umbrella for beach days. We had our mini schnauzer Charlie with us and he loved all of the places around the complex to explore. This really is a pet friendly neighborhood and Island. We have stayed in many places on the Island over the last 15 years and I have to say this was my favorite! Thank you for offering such a wonderful place! We had the best 2 weeks there and can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time with family visiting us from Canada. They absolutely fell in love with this Airbnb! The unit was incredibly comfortable, clean, and beautifully modern, making it the perfect place for a relaxing stay. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the beach, which was a big highlight for our guests. They couldn’t stop raving about how cozy and well-maintained the space was. We are so grateful for such a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay near the ocean! This unit was pet-friendly, and our dog was very comfortable as well.
