The open-concept floor plan features a living area with a queen sleeper sofa, large Smart TV and access to the private balcony overlooking the lagoon and golf course. The dining area seats 5 comfortably with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar.
The spacious kitchen features granite counters, a Keurig coffee maker and plenty of supplies to cook a meal for your guests. The separate laundry room is located just off the kitchen as well.
The main bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and views of the lagoon and golf course. The private bathroom has an updated vanity area with a tub/shower combination.
The guest bedroom features a queen bed, as well as a day bed, and a flat screen TV. You can enter the bathroom from the hall or guest bedroom, and it has tiled walk-in shower.
Explore an array of Colonnade Club rentals - a wonderful vacation destination within Shipyard Plantation. This complex is close to the beach with an on-site pool (open April 15th through September), pool house, heated spa and community BBQ grills. Please note Colonnade Club is not equipped with elevators and use of stairs is required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils.
Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Communicating via email & text Sunset responded in time manner. 2nd floor unit was located in good location for HH activities. Pool & path to beach nearby. Unit had everything for comfortable family stay. Would look to Sunset again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described, clean, and more spacious than expected. Check in was very easy and the property was in an excellent location.

The rental unit was quite nice…..clean. It certainly met our needs. Our only criticism was the shower heads…. THe rental unit was clean and met our needs.
