The dining table seats 6 comfortably, with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The living area, just off the dining room, features a comfortable sofa, two club chairs and access to the private patio overlooking the golf course and lagoon.
The master bedroom offers the same beautiful views of the golf course and lagoon, while providing guests with a king bed, patio access and a private bathroom with double sinks, a garden tub and a tiled walk-in shower.
The queen guest bedroom also has its own bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combination. The full guest room has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Explore an array of Colonnade Club rentals - a wonderful vacation destination within Shipyard Plantation. This complex is close to the beach with an on-site pool (open April 15th through September), pool house, heated spa and community BBQ grills. Please note Colonnade Club is not equipped with elevators and use of stairs is required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils.
Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Lovely home with great golf course green & tee views!

Colonnade 159 review
We had a great rental experience. This rental is located in Shipyard which is a great location. We had quick and easy access to the beach. You could walk or bike the 1/2 mile or drive with adequate free parking to make taking all the beach supplies easy. The beach rental credit was nice and provided the extra gear to make our time more enjoyable. The condo was large, clean and so well stocked. We didn't have to buy any additional supplies and I only brought and used some extra laundry pods, but they did give us three.
