The living room features a sofa, loveseat, a comfy leather armchair, flat screen TV and two walls of windows with two slider doors opening to a wraparound balcony.
The formal dining area offers a nautical feel with a wooden table with six distressed chairs. There is also additional seating at the kitchen bar. The open kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and updated cabinetry.
The master bedroom features a king bed, mounted flat screen television and sliding glass door leading to the deck and with breath-taking ocean views. The attached bathroom offers a granite, double sink vanity and shower/tub combination.
The guest bedroom has two queen-size beds, a mounted flat screen television and a sliding glass door with access to the deck that overlooks the pool with views of Calibogue Sound. This room has a private bathroom that mirrors the master bath.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

This is a wonderful condo. It was very clean and close to everything you will need for a great vacation. Great views of the Calibogue Sound with easy access to the beach. It is a short walk to South Beach Marina where you will find restaurants, bars, and shopping including the Salty Dog. Sunset Rentals was very accurate with the description. You will not be disappointed in this unit. Nothing but a positive experience! Thanks for the great communication and accurate description. The only thing I would add to the description is the unit has a Keurig. Thanks again for making this such an easy process!

Great long weekend with family Great condo. Very convenient to the beach, tennis, pool, and South Beach Village. All within easy walking distance. The condo was immaculate and the kitchen was very well stocked. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the boats and dolphins go by in the sound. Would definitely rent this place again.

Beachside Tennis, Unit 1870, was well-appointed, clean and had a great view from all windows. We have stayed at several other properties within this complex and this was one of our favorites. It was the perfect size for our family of three.
