Condo is fully stocked and the owner is proactive to keep it very clean and replenished with
items in new condition. Multiple deep cleanings, washing all bedding, pillow replacement, and
so much more make this unit the best in terms of all the extras to make your stay exceptional.

Moorings at Palmetto Dunes is in a wooded tree house style setting. On site pool that is
shielded on windy days. Plenty of chaise loungers, umbrellas, and pool bathrooms make this an
adult and kid friendly pool. The condo complex is in the heart of all the excitement that Palmetto
Dunes has to offer. Gated security access and Moorings open parking spaces allows for
multiple vehicles and flexibility for larger suv’s.
Owners have updated the unit top to bottom and it is happy, bright, super clean, and a
comfortable beach condo. All new furniture, mattresses, rugs, art, paint, flooring, granite
counters, bedding, pillows, lighting - everything is well cared for!
