The split bedroom layout is ideal for groups and gives everyone privacy. The primary bedroom has a king bed, private balcony access, a Smart TV and a private bathroom. The bathroom offers a tiled shower with bench seating. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, private balcony access, a Smart TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The spacious and open concept living area offers comfortable, recently updated furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, a Smart TV and access to both balconies. The dining area seats 6 comfortably with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. The well-stocked kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a Keurig Duo. A 3rd full size bathroom off the living area doubles as the laundry area for added convenience.

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

2nd Row beachfront and Gorgeous Updates!
WE love this location. Down the steps and less than a minute walk and you are on the sandy beach. Comfortable beds and almost the entire unit was full of new furniture. Fully stocked kitchen. The layout was perfect with plenty of room to sleep 8. Full size washer/dryer was great for sandy towels and wet suits. Two decks with seating was perfect to play games outside till late. Our stay was very enjoyable. We played pickleball and tennis and walked over to the general store for ice cream treats most nights. Felt very safe for the kids to be out. We really enjoyed our stay at 69 Mooring. We picked Palmetto Dunes for its closeness to golf courses and the beach and we were not disappointed. The beach was so close we easily walked there in five minutes. The space in the condo was perfect for the two of us and everything we needed was there. The decor of the home gave off beach vibes and felt very comfortable. The beach gear credit provided bikes which we used to explore the community. Having wide sidewalks allowed us to get comfortable with being on a bike again. In addition the umbrella and beach chairs came in very handy on the beach.

Can't wait to come back!
We’ve stayed on Hilton Head many times before, and this was one of our best experiences yet. The owners have outfitted the property beautifully! The furniture was comfortable, the condo was super clean and the staff at the rental company was kind and helpful. We look forward to our next stay here!

This was one of the best stays we have ever had at the beach ! The facility is full of fun and beautiful things to do... no need to even leave. The condo was nice , spacious and allows for privacy in each bedroom. Very close to the beach! Thank you and will be back.

Amazing experience at the condo and with Sunset Rentals. Check in was easy, the staff was kind and helpful, the condo was clean, well-equipped and conveniently located. It's clear the owners have recently made some upgrades, and it's obvious that quality was a priority.
