There is also a powder room for added convenience. Through the living area, you'll find the gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances and custom cabinetry. The kitchen is complete with every big and small appliance you could desire, including a Keurig Duo, air fryer, Ninja blender and so much more! The dining area is just beyond the kitchen and features seating for eight with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen bar.
Off the kitchen, you'll find the entrance to the screened-in porch. This fully enclosed outdoor space has cozy furniture, a ceiling fan and a Smart TV. The fenced-in pool area can be accessed from steps leading from the screened-in porch. There is also an outdoor shower for added convenience.
Back inside the main level, you'll find a laundry area and three of the four bedrooms. The spacious main bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, large walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower. This room also has a loft area with a day bed + trundle and a dedicated workspace.
The first guest bedroom has a king bed with a Smart TV, while the second guest room has a full-size bed and a Smart TV. These rooms share access to a jack-and-jill bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The fourth bedroom is up a small flight of stairs and features two queen-sized beds, a Smart TV and a dedicated work space. The bathroom for this bedroom is up another small flight of stairs and has a tub/shower combination.
The home is equipped with all the kid-friendly amenities you could need, including kid-friendly kitchenware, a pack n' play, and a baby bath.
Guests are welcome to use the community amenities, conveniently located across the street from the home. Amenities include a playground, basketball court, tennis court and community pool! plus, the beach, Harbour Town, and the Shops at Sea Pines Center are all easily accessible by one of the many community bike paths and the seasonal free trolley service making getting around a breeze.
Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly only. A non-refundable fee of $225.00 plus tax per pet is required if you are bringing a dog. Limit: 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.
Please specify # of security gate passes needed at time of reservation; 1 pass per car $17/week.

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Fantastic house and location
We really enjoyed staying at the house. The house had all the cooking appliances and kitchenwares you could ever need. The location is right across from the neighborhood playground, pool, tennis and basketball court. So convenient. Also just a 5 minute walk atop the Sea Pines Center with great restaurants and shops. An amazing house in a picturesque spot. Everything in the house was and clean and new. It was well stocked with kitchen and dining items (lots of plates/bowls/cups for the kids). The kids had lots of fun hanging out in the screened in porch out back.

Fantastic house, awesome location!
We loved our stay! It’s a fantastic house, completely renovated like new. The kitchen is so well stocked, has everything you could need. The location is right across from the community pool, playground and tennis/basketball courts which is so convenient. Amazing Location and home
