This newly outfitted property features an open-concept floor plan, laminate and tile flooring throughout and a spacious private balcony.
The living area features comfortable furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, a Smart TV and access to the balcony area. The kitchen has stainless appliances, ample counterspace, a Keurig Duo, a Ninja Air Fryer and seating for 4 at the bar. Just beyond the kitchen you'll find a dining table with seating for 6.
The main bedroom features a plush king bed, flat screen TV, access to the deck area and a private bathroom. The en-suite has a large vanity area, walk-in shower and separate garden tub.
The guest bedroom features 2 full size beds, a flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a large vanity and a tub/shower combination. The owners of the condo have also provided a pack n' play for guest use.
The owners of this condo have provided beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach toys, beach bag, a beach cart and floats for guests to use. They have also provided a fold-up desk for those who need to do a little work while on vacation.
North Shore Place is a beautiful complex in North Forest Beach, just across the street from the Atlantic ocean and beside Coligny Plaza. The complex features a 4th floor rooftop pool, a hot tub, a landscaped inner courtyard, and beach access right across the street. Guests can also enjoy the Sea Crest complex across the street, as well as use of Sea Crest's oceanfront guest pools, including a seasonally heated pool, as well as a gym and world famous Pool Bar Jim's!
Forest Beach, HHI is known as Hilton Head's "downtown" offering a wide variety of bars, restaurants, gift shops, grocery stores and the buzzy Coligny Plaza. All of this is situated within the natural beauty of Hilton Head Island and directly on one of the finest beaches on the east coast.

The home was nice and I was pleasantly surprised by the high-quality construction options for this price point of a rental - heavy doors, nice woodwork, etc. I appreciated the power strips on the back of the nightstands! The kitchen items and provided pool/beach gear was a pleasant surprise given other comparable rentals I have stayed in.
