This villa is equipped with all the comforts of home! Upon entry, a convenient nook is located by the front door to drop your keys and beach towels. On the left, you will see the fully equipped, spacious kitchen with all new appliances, a tile backsplash and full size washer and dryer set. The dining room table features seating for six with additional seating at the kitchen bar.
The adjoining living room features comfortable designer furniture with a sofa, loveseat, and accent chairs, a flatscreen TV with streaming and cable, as well as a large sliding glass door to the balcony. The spacious balcony features a large table and outdoor seating for six, perfect for dining alfresco with family or friends!
The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, flat screen TV with streaming and cable, a remote work desk space, a sliding glass door to a private balcony, a large closet, and a private bathroom. Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

We visit every year for the last 6 years. Usually stay at our friends house customer service won us over to sunset rentals. Already have been ane will continue recommending sunset. They answered every call and responded to every text. Very accommodating and helpful. we always felt like we knew someone and if something were to go wrong we would not be left hanging. Ocean one was recommended to us by one of the girls in the office and it was perfect for us. The equipment rental allotment, drop off, and pick up was a big plus. Worry free, fun and professional.
