Looking for a relaxing vacation on Hilton Head Island? This 2 bedroom, 2 bath first floor Evian Hilton Head villa in the heart of beautiful Shipyard Plantation is your ideal vacation retreat. As you enter this retreat you will be charmed by this warm, comfortable unit as an extensive remodel was completed in the Fall of 2012 and it was completely repainted and redecorated in January 2022 for your added comfort and pleasure.

As you walk past the foyer on your right is the large, bright kitchen with updated appliances, and cabinets which are fully stocked with everything a chef would need to prepare a wonderful dinner. Next to the kitchen is the dining area, with ample seating for six. Off of the dining area are two French doors leading to a quiet patio with great views of the golf course.

The family room has plenty of seating and a sleeper sofa, with a 55" smart TV to keep you entertained when you’re not at the beach, playing tennis, or swimming in the pool.

This charming Evian Hilton Head villa at Shipyard comfortably sleeps 7 guests in 2 bedrooms. Down the hall on your left is the second bedroom, with a queen and twin bed. On the right is the master bedroom which has a king bed, a private bath, TV and ample space to put your bathing suits away!

Evian, Hilton Head is one of Shipyard’s most scenic settings and an oasis of seclusion and serenity surrounded by the Brigantine Golf Course. An old fashioned gazebo overlooks the 5 acre lake with a sweeping footbridge and benches for wildlife viewing, the pool is open year round and the free lighted tennis courts are located nearby. A short walk or bike ride and your toes are in the Atlantic Ocean.
