This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Hilton Head Resorts condo rental is new to the rental market in the spring of 2022 and just steps from the beach! The open concept floor plan has hardwood and tile flooring and bead-board walls throughout. The living area features new furniture, including a sleeper sofa, and flat screen TV. The dining area features seating for 4, and the well-equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare meals for your guests.
The master bedroom features a queen bed with a Smart TV, as well as a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed, as well as a Smart TV. This room has access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Guests staying at Hilton Head Resorts have access to 6 tennis courts(lighted and first come first serve), sundeck, badminton(first come first serve), 2 outdoor pools, indoor recreation center with a hot tub, sauna, fitness center, 1/10th mile paved track, kiddie pool, and indoor heated pool that is kept at 82F year-round. There is also a picnic area with charcoal grills and picnic tables, on site dining at Island grill (pool side) with internet café, pool tables, groceries, souvenirs, and beach toys.
Coco’s on the Beach (resorts ocean front beach bar and grill) is also open! The beach is a 7 min stroll down the boardwalk or there is a frequent golf cart shuttle that will drop you and your beach stuff right at the beach. Beach showers and bathrooms located at Coco’s on the beach.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Weekend Getaway
Perfect choice for a weekend getaway! The unit is well maintained, comfortable and exceptionally clean. The walk to the beach can be 5-7 minutes or 10+ minutes depending on how often you stop to admire the wildlife and view from the amazing boardwalk, especially at sunset. There is a great tiki bar at the end of the boardwalk. Ideal place to stop for drinks and appetizers before or after a day at the beautiful beach. Good choice
I was happy with the clean unit. No bugs. Everything was fine. View from room isn’t good but we knew that going in. This is probably the best of the 4 buildings to be in as no courtyard pools or courts so quieter. This is a good unit. I would recommend it. I timed the walk to beach and after traveling downstairs and exiting building it was another 10 minute long walk along boardwalk so best to catch shuttle if carrying heavy items.
