The living area is outfitted with a leather sleeper sofa, loveseat and a large wall-mounted TV. You can also access the private patio through doors in the living room. Enjoy the island view while you relax on the rockers with your cup of coffee or glass of wine.
The beautifully updated kitchen has granite counters, custom cabinetry and new appliances. Enjoy a home cooked meal using the air fryer, crock pot and rice cooker/steamer. The dining area, which is between the kitchen and living room, features seating for 6.
The master bedroom features a new king Marriott mattress, large walk-in closet and a large flat screen TV. This room also has a private bathroom with granite double sinks and a new walk-in shower!
The guest bedroom features 2 twin beds and a flat screen TV. This room has access to to a hall bath with a new tiled walk-in shower.
146 Colonnade is located just steps from 6th tee box of the Galleon Golf Course, and guests can easily take the short walk or bike ride to the beach through the private pedestrian path. Shipyard provides bathrooms and outdoor showers at the beach. The owners have provided 2 beach chairs for guests to use and have outfitted the property with thoughtful extras such as an oil diffuser and essential oils.
Explore an array of Colonnade Club rentals on Hilton Head - a wonderful vacation destination within Shipyard Plantation. This complex is close to the beach with an on-site pool (open April 15th through September), pool house, heated spa and community BBQ grills. Please note Colonnade Club is not equipped with elevators and use of stairs is required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils.
Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Perfect for our needs!
We are visiting from Cincinnati, OH. This is our second visit to Hilton Head and we love this location. Condo was perfect for our needs. Location to beach and pool was great. We biked to the beach everyday and had a wonderful stay. Thank you for sharing this beautiful condo!

Amazing Island Stay
Very nice and super comfortable house with everything you could need for your stay. Location is great as well. Easy walk to the beach, with bonus of pool and hot tub right next to building. So many golf courses and restaurants/bars nearby and easy to get to as well. 5/5 Beautiful VRBO We had such a wonderful time on our vacation to Hilton Head. The condo was beautiful and tastefully decorated. It was fully stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. The entire gated community was meticulously landscaped and had walking/biking paths throughout. The path to the beach was super close and the beach itself was only a short half mile trek. Our family also thoroughly enjoyed the condo’s pool. We would love to stay here again next year!

We are from Georgia and have been visiting Hilton Head for the past 25 years. The condo was very accomodating, becoming one of our most favorite locations to stay in thus far. We are right near the beach, pool and hot tub. What more could you ask for?!

Amazing time!

5/5 Perfect Beach Getaway It was very clean and organized and it really encompassed the beachy vacation feeling. It was a very cute and cozy housing experience. We rented bikes and we rode them everyday and it was a very quick and scenic route to the beach via the beach access path. Everything you could need was included in the condo and made our stay that much easier and nicer. The condo community pool was also right next door to our condo and was a quick walk away. It was very convenient to stop by for a quick swim. The pool was very clean and had a very relaxing layout paired with the gorgeous trees surrounding the pool area. Overall we loved our stay and had a great vacation and beach getaway!

We really enjoyed all of the redecorating and modern updates in the villa this year. Beds were very comfortable and the unit was well-equipped. The new and larger dining area furniture was a welcome addition. We also appreciated having the two beach chairs. We're looking forward to returning next year.
