The dining area is in between the living area and kitchen with seating for 8.
The new kitchen has stainless appliances and plenty of cabinet and counter space. Guest can enjoy views of the harbour through a wall of windows in the living area while cooking their meals!
Uniquely, each bedroom has access to a balcony. The main bedroom, located to the left of the front door, has a king bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom, located off the living area, has a queen bed, Smart TV and a private bath with a walk-in shower. (This room shares a balcony with the living area.) The final guest room, located near the main bedroom, has a set of twin bunk beds and a full size Murphy bed. This room has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Guests staying at Yacht Club have access to a community pool. Enjoy easy access to all the shops, restaurants and water sport activities of Shelter Cove Marina- all within steps of your front door! Guests also have access to Palmetto Dunes and access to the Dunes Buggy Shuttle which runs seasonally.
Located mid-island on 2,000 acres of lush island landscapes, Palmetto Dunes boasts one of the East Coast's premier beaches, championship golf and tennis, and miles of bike and walking trails in a tranquil setting. Discover a plethora of world-class shops and restaurants at Shelter Cove, colorful yachts anchored in the marina and a beachfront bar and restaurant at Dunes House, all easily accessed by the free Dunes Buggy shuttle service in the summer season.
Palmetto Dunes is a secured community, please specify the number of security gate passes that are needed at the time of booking your reservation. Passes are charged per car per week. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles.

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils.
Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

The property is stunning with breathtaking views that you can enjoy from each balcony! The space was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is close to great restaurants, shops, and scenic walking paths.

We wanted to express our sincere gratitude for making our recent stay at 7548 Yacht Club truly unforgettable. It was one of the best vacation experiences we've ever had! The freshly renovated villa was absolutely stunning. The moment we stepped inside, we were struck by the warm and inviting atmosphere. It truly felt like a home away from home, and easily one of the best accommodations we've ever had the pleasure of staying in. The location within the Yacht Club was perfect. We had easy access to all the areas we wanted to visit on the island, making exploring a breeze. And speaking of convenient, we were thrilled to find that Kroger had the best produce and prices of any grocery store on the island – a definite plus! The harbor view from the villa was simply breathtaking. We spent many enjoyable hours watching all the activity, from boats coming and going to the walks around the harbor. It was the perfect backdrop for a relaxing vacation. From start to finish, working with Sunset Rentals was a painless and enjoyable experience. Your team's professionalism and attention to detail made everything so easy for us. Thank you again for everything. We will definitely be planning our next island visit with Sunset Rentals! If this unit become for sale please know we are interested in purchasing.

Beautiful views. Very clean condo. We've been staying at HHI for over 40 years and this was the first time we stayed in these specific condos. We will certainly be back.

Great condo with an even better location.
We could not have been happier with our recent stay at Yacht Club 7548! We came in early July and were able to escape our busy lives in Atlanta. The condo has the most incredible views of the harbor not only from the living room, but the bedrooms too. Everything feels new and nice in here since it's been remodeled recently. The beds were comfy and the very clean kitchen was stocked with the essentials that we needed. The community pool was a plus for the kids and they spent hours there. We walked to dinner most nights and can't say enough about how easy the location of this condo is! Overall, great condo with an even better location.
