The living room features a sectional sofa, flat screen TV and access to a private patio. A powder room is located just off the dining room.

Evian 170 comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 2 en-suite bedrooms on the upper level of the home. The master suite features a king bed, flat screen TV, beautiful lagoon views and impressive private en-suite bathroom. The recently remodeled master bathroom features a barn door style entry, double vanity and large tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen and a twin bed, flat screen tv and a private remodeled bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Evian is one of Shipyard Plantation's most scenic settings and is an oasis of seclusion and serenity surrounded by the Brigantine Golf Course. An old fashioned gazebo overlooks the 5 acre lake with a sweeping footbridge and benches for wildlife viewing, the olympic-size pool is open year round and the free lighted tennis courts are located nearby. A short walk or bike ride and your toes are in the Atlantic Ocean.
