The foyer opens to a long platform area that overlooks the sunken living room, cathedral ceiling throughout the kitchen and dining room. The fully equipped kitchen, features granite countertops and all the appliances needed to make you feel right at home. For added convenience, there is also a washer and dryer in an alcove off the kitchen. The formal dining area sits adjacent to the kitchen and offers a table with seating for up to 8 along with a wicker coffee table and two additional chairs providing the perfect spot to sip your mornings’ coffee. The dining room sits in front of large castanet windows that will provide an abundance of light when the sun is out.
Separating the dining room and the living room is a dry bar that can serve as the perfect place to lay hors d'oeuvre if you have friends over for dinner. The large windows and sky lights help bring the outdoors in while you enjoy a family meal together. The living area is equipped with comfortable seating, including a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV/DVD and bench nook perfect for reading a good book. The outside deck has a cafe table for two along with an outdoor dining table with four chairs.
This Palmetto Dunes villa sleeps 6 guests in 2 inviting bedrooms. Hardwood floors continue through the primary bedroom featuring a king- size bed, along with a TV and access to the outdoor deck. This bedroom has a private bath/shower and toilet room with a separate vanity sink area. The guest bedroom offers plush carpet, a queen-size bed, and a bathroom that also serve as the powder room for guests. This bedroom also has its own TV along with a walk-in closet.
St. Andrews in Palmetto Dunes features an on-site pool open April through September and is a short 1.2-mile bike ride to the beach or an easy half-mile walk to the Palmetto Dunes General Store. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
Palmetto Dunes is an oceanfront resort on Hilton Head Island that stretches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under the William Hilton Parkway that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina and Towne Centre.
Located mid-island on 2,000 acres of lush island landscapes, Palmetto Dunes boasts one of the East Coast's premiere beaches, championship golf and tennis, and miles of bike and walking trails in a tranquil setting. A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.
Palmetto Dunes is a secured community, please specify the number of security gate passes that are needed at the time of booking your reservation. Passes are charged per car per week. 2 cars max.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

A perfect piece of heaven!
We stayed for a week and I wish we could have stayed all year!!! The Palmetto dunes area is absolutely gorgeous and so peaceful. The condo was beautiful and so clean! It was less than five minutes to the beach. We can’t wait to come back!- Sara S from Pawcatuck , Posted: 03/17/2024
We loved this villa!
The Villa was first and foremost very clean! The living area is spacious and our family enjoyed dinners at the dining room table and lounging and watching TV from the comfortable sectional sofa and additional sofa in the living room. Our pup enjoyed being able to go outside to the patio area that has a wall all the way around it. The outside space can be accessed from the master bedroom, two different parts of the living room, and the dining and kitchen area. The laundry area has received a makeover since these photos were taken and include new front load washer and dryer with a granite bar on top perfect for folding clothes or just for extra storage space. The villa has so many kitchen cabinets to store your groceries and a well appointed kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. If there’s one thing that could be improved it would be larger TV’s but that won’t stop me from renting this unit again. We loved the beach gear credit offered. This was our first time not staying ocean front and I was a little skeptical about how we would get to the beach and if it would be inconvenient. We usually drove our car and parked at Dunes House or we took the Dunes Buggy. We found there was no issue at all with not being in a property directly on the beach. One of the biggest advantages of this villa was that we always had parking right outside our villa. The pool was lovely and we had it to ourselves most of the time. Outstanding experience. The villa was clean, well equipped and well cared for. The location was perfect. And Sunset was great at communications before and during our stay. This was much better than other stays with other rental agencies. Wel’ll use you guys again.

Enjoyed our stay in this spacious villa
The photos just don’t show how spacious this villa is. We have really enjoyed our vacation in this pet friendly villa although you’d never know that they allowed pets here. When we first walked in we could smell that freshly cleaned smell and I wasn’t sure what to expect as this is my first time ever renting a vacation home that allows pets. This villa was clean and so convenient for our dog. There’s a lovely private patio and yard area that you can get to from the multiple rooms of the villa. We used the Dunes Buggy to bring us home from the beach a couple of times. That service did not disappoint. We are planning on booking this villa again for next summer.
