The cozy living room offers a three-piece seating group, a large flat screen television with a BOSE sound system. The living room wall also features several original paintings by the owner, an accomplished artist who has shown in numerous exhibitions and is the founder of the Pastel Society of North Carolina. The back deck looks out on the Shipyard Golf Course.
Up the stairs you will find the bedrooms. The spacious main bedroom features a king bed, flat screen, hi-def TV, and its own private, recently renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the way to the guest bedroom is the washer and dryer for added convenience. The warmly decorated guest bedroom has a full size and a twin bed, a flat screen, hi-def TV, as well as its own private, recently renovated bathroom. Tranquility awaits!
A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 65 pounds per dog.
Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $25 plus tax for the stay. 3 car passes max.
The Greens area of Shipyard Plantation features spacious townhomes with golf views, a short half mile walk/bike ride to the beach, and a newly renovated private on-site pool.

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils.
Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

189 The Greens is a short walk from the Shipyard beach access and just a couple of hundred yards from the community pool. The location couldnt be better and the décor sets the mood for a relaxing vacation. Comfortable bed, convenient features/amenities, quiet neighborhood.
