The spacious living area features a sleeper sofa, Smart TV, and a wet bar with a wine fridge, perfect for unwinding after a day of island adventures. The dining area seats six, with additional seating at the kitchen bar. Just beyond, the fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample cabinet space for all your vacation essentials.
The primary bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a king bed, Smart TV, and private en-suite bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower. Enjoy direct access to the private covered deck, where you can take in serene lagoon and golf course views. The guest bedroom offers a full bed and a twin bed, a Smart TV, and easy access to the hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Nestled in Evian at Shipyard, this villa is surrounded by the scenic Brigantine Golf Course and offers an oasis of tranquility. Enjoy a picturesque 5-acre lake with a charming gazebo, perfect for wildlife viewing. Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils.
Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
