This Palmetto Dunes villa boasts beautiful and welcoming interiors. Open the door to a bright foyer, walk into the cathedral ceiling living room with two sofas and two armchairs, a flat screen TV/DVD, and a large window that overlooks a portion of the 11 mile lagoon system. The adjoining dining area has corner windows, a table with seating for 6 or more, and 4 barstools at a dining/serving counter that is open to the kitchen. There is a deck off the living room where you can sit and enjoy the Lowcountry breeze and water views.
The cheerful, fully equipped kitchen, has updated appliances, a pantry cupboard, and a farm style sink ready to help prep your next family meal. Off of the dining area is a screened porch and a door leading to the landscaped grounds.
The stylish interiors flow through to the bedrooms and Huntington 7622 sleeps 8 guests in style and comfort. Just off the kitchen is the primary bedroom, which has a king bed, a large window, a door to the screened in porch, and a spacious private bath with a double sink and a massive walk in shower.
The second bedroom on the first floor has two twin beds and a flat screen TV as well as private access to the deck off the living room. You will find a second bathroom with a standing shower as you make your way down the hall as well as a hall closet equipped with a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.
Making your way to the second floor you enter a second sitting area with a plush sectional sofa, Flat Screen TV/DVD. Great for the kids of the family. Just off the sitting area is the third bedroom with a king bed, flat screen TV and private bath. The final bedroom has two twin beds, a flat screen TV, walk in closet, powder room, and private bath with shower/tub combo.
The spacious Huntington Hilton Head Villas are right across the street from the beach and are a quick 5 min walk down to the Atlantic Ocean. The complex pool is heated Oct, Nov, March & April and the hot tub is heated year round, except for the month of January. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

5/5 Outstanding Property This is an amazing property! The house is beautiful, spacious, and updated. Lots and lots of room with plenty of seating. We are 8 retired RN’s who’ve been friends for 50 years. Cleanliness is important to us and this house more than met our expectations. It is across the parking lot from a community pool & spa. Quiet neighborhood. Had to drive for beach access. Great location for restaurants, etc. Definitely would return.

5/5 Clean, modern home - perfect for a family or girls trip The home was clean, modern and spacious. The layout was perfect for a girls trip (or would be for a family too). The rooms were big, we never felt on top of each other, there were plenty of spaces to gather (the main room, the screened in porch, the breakfast nook). The kitchen was very well stocked - even had tubberware! It was so easy to check-in; the whole experience was so hassle free.

This spotless rental home was perfect for our extended family vacation. The location is unbeatable, with its own swimming pool and just a short walk to the beach. The spacious layout comfortably accommodated our group. Highly recommend!

A perfect vacation home!
This is our first stay at this property but not our first Huntington villa. It was the whole family. 6 adults and 2 kids (the grandparents come to help!) and we all fit comfortably. The screened porch is great with a view of the lagoon along with being across the road from the pool. Plenty of lounging space for all those people! The 1st floor master bathroom is awesome (we had to draw straws on who got that room). The bedding is very nice. No carpet which is great! The kitchen is nicely appointed. I would swap the beds in the upstairs bedrooms and give the king room the bigger bathroom but that's not a drawback. Odds are we'll stay again next year!
