This was probably the best equipped kitchen weve ever had at any of the vacation condos weve rented in the past 15 years! Plenty of dishes so we didnt have to wash in between meals - plenty of service platters and utensils.

Refreshing & CLEAN vacation retreat!

We had an amazing experience staying at this gorgeous Villa in Palmetto Dunes! Our family comes to Hilton Head Island every year and believe this must be one of the most upgraded and refreshed rentals on the island - the entire home was newly renovated and CLEAN. The beds were brand-new and extremely comfortable. From the espresso machine to the washer and dryer to the water pressure throughout the home, everything worked perfectly.

This villa is a stone’s throw away from the beach, which we walked to every single day with our cooler and beach gear. There is also a beach front pool, hot tub, and lounge chairs if you want to mix things up. One of our favorite features of the Villa was the private deck out back overlooking the lagoon. My husband and I quickly settled into a morning coffee ritual, and dinners at sunset with the family.

HIGHLY recommend you stay here. We are already booked to come back next year!

Warm, Welcoming, and Beautiful Home Away from Home!

Our family has spent a lot of time in Hilton Head Island, and we always come back to 50 Ocean Lane. The property is welcoming, warm, comfortable, and beautiful! It was recently renovated and those modern touches make all the difference. The space is bright, airy, and clean. Every morning, my husband and I enjoyed our coffee out on the deck overlooking the lagoon. Our two young children love the amenities and the easy access to both the nearby pool and beach. Check-in and check-out were easy and seamless, and the property manager was responsive and attentive to our needs. We've truly come to love HHI and have nicknamed it our home away from home, thanks largely to this beautiful property. Highly recommend it!

This was our 2nd time staying in this home and using Sunset Rentals. The house is amazing and Sunset Rentals is a great communicator. Loved that we got a credit towards bikes, etc.

Exceptional!

The villa was absolutely wonderful - an ideal mix of clean, cozy, and comfortable. The property management thought of every little detail and made the place so welcoming. The proximity to the beach is a major plus (who doesn't enjoy a 5-minute stroll to the ocean?!).

UDATED HOUSE!

Amazing vacation

Condo on the waterway

We loved it!
Booking was easy, check-in was easy, getting car passes was easy, and check-out was easy. The place itself was super clean, well laid out, and had plenty of cookware/utensils/odds and ends that came in handy. We loved sitting out on the back deck overlooking the water everyday, it was so peaceful. The walk to the beach was a piece of cake. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Family Vacation Home

We spent a week in April 2021 at this newly renovated property with my adult family of four. The beds were quite comfortable and each bedroom had its own full bath, which was a real plus in our situation. There was a TV in each room, though we rarely watched them since there is just so much to do in the area! We had a great vacation and will definitely be back.

Some of the other places we've stayed at have been a mite beaten-up and worn, as is typical of island rentals, but this place looks was so polished and modern, and a corner unit means the back deck isn't squeezed on either side by neighbors which is nice. And a stone's throw to the ocean across the street - this is going to be my family's go-to vacation spot for quite some time!

We had a really nice stay. The condo was perfect for our family and the location was great. A short walk to get to the beach and right on the lagoon which was nice for fishing and bird watching. The condo is at the end of the row of condos so we had a little extra shady yard space and a little extra privacy.
