The dining area seats 6 comfortably, and guests can spread out with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The kitchen features stainless appliances, granite counters and a Keurig coffee maker.
The main bedroom has a king bed, dedicated work space. Smart TV and a private en-suite bath. This meticulously renovated bathroom has a large, tiled walk-in shower and dual vanity. The guest bedroom features two twin beds, a Smart TV and access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Please specify # of security gate passes are needed at time of reservation; 1 pass per car $17/week. The Bluff Villa complex is not equipped with elevators, use of stairs is required.

Sea Pines Plantation is Hilton Head Island's original and largest planned resort. While it is currently the home of the annual Heritage Golf Tournament, it is the abounding natural beauty of Sea Pines in Hilton Head that beckons one to return again and again. Five miles of white sandy beach offer swimming, sailing, parasailing, kayaking, and fishing. For the land lovers there are 14 miles of bike paths, 3 golf courses, tennis, a broad range of shops and restaurants and top Hilton Head attractions that will please every vacationer. Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils.
Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Condo was perfect!
This is our first time to Hilton Head, and it's beautiful but HOT! The condo was perfect, love the location and proximity to the beach and pool. We enjoyed a Dolphin Cruise (saw lots of baby dolphins!) on our trip and really enjoyed our stay overall!

Feels like home.
The condo feels like home to us as my mom owned it for 10+ years. Our memories of HHI, South Beach, Bluff Villas are some of our family's favorites. The condo (and especially the gorgeous remodeled bathrooms!) look amazing! It makes us happy that others are able to make memories in this special place.
