The open concept floor plan features comfortable furnishings, including a sectional sofa and Smart TV. The private balcony can be accessed from both the living area and the main bedroom doors.
The dining area is just off the living room, and additional seating can be found at the kitchen bar. The kitchen features marble counters and stainless appliances.
The main bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Up the spiral stairs you'll find the loft bedroom area with queen bunk beds and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.
Palmetto Dunes is a secured community, please specify the number of security gate passes that are needed at the time of booking your reservation. Passes are charged per car per week. 2 cars max.
St. Andrews Commons is located just inside the desirable Palmetto Dunes Ocean Front Resort. The community features an on-site pool open April through September and is a short 1.2-mile bike ride to the beach or an easy half-mile walk to the Palmetto Dunes General Store. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

My parents and I really enjoyed staying here. The place was very clean, it was really comfortable, and the location was great. The living space felt a little tight, even for 3 people, but it was beautifully furnished and the kitchen had everything you could want, it even had a separate water filter in kitchen sink! It had a nice sized balcony to enjoy sitting outside for breakfast or in the late evening. The place was 2 floors, and had a narrow spiral staircase, which was fine for me, but someone with walking or climbing issues, that could be a problem. The place is located in St. Andrews which is a private community in Palmetto, close to 278 entrance. The surroundings were quiet, peaceful, which was really quite nice. It's a little over a mile walking distance to the beach, you may consider driving or taking the Dunes Buggy if carrying a lot to the beach. It should be noted that this is a 2nd floor unit, it didn't affect us, but you will need to climb stairs to get there.

Stay was a nice getaway. Location was right in the heart of the island. Sunset rentals are responsive when you needed anything and provided assistance if needed. Would be interested in using again.

What a beautiful place. Love the beach vibe in this cozy, warm and inviting home. Beds are perfect, all the amenities are such a nice touch. As far as the beaches, restaurants, and fun things to do we need another week or two! Thank you for your hospitality! We are hooked!
