The chic formal dining area is located just off the kitchen and offers comfy seating for 6.

A new 2- piece seating group hugs the living room along with a wicker armchair; a flat screen TV along with DVD provides entertainment. Access to the patio can be gained through the slider doors located in the living room. The covered patio features a wicker seating group with a table and 4 chairs which is perfect to dine al fresco while enjoying Hilton Head’s lush landscape and shrubbery.

Up the stairs you will find the master and guest bedrooms, along with their individual bathrooms and a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, double closets, and a slider door to a private balcony. The guest bedroom is perfect for teens and young adults housing two twin beds, double closets, and a slider door to a private balcony with a landscape view.

The Tennismaster villa complex is set in lush landscaping in Hilton Head’s Shipyard Plantation with an onsite pool and only a short 10 minute walk or quick bike ride on the plantation trails to the beach. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Shipyard Plantation is tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head Island with 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty.
