Terrific Long Term Rental
Colonnade 206 was a great month long rental. Location is awesome - Quiet, end of cul-de-sac, simple 10 minute walk to beach. Unit was exactly as pictured, equipped with everything you would need. Sunset Rentals was easy to work with prior to arrival and every thing was in place when we arrived. No issues.

We had a wonderful stay at the condominium and a positive experience with Sunset Rentals. The location was convenient to the different areas of the island. The distance to the beach wasn’t too far and having the beach parking was an added benefit. The property was in good shape overall.

Everything was great! The house was clean and close to the beach. Sunset Rentals was great to work with as well and very responsive. We were also able to check in early which was fantastic!

You have a beautiful place and I appreciate you letting me enjoy it. This is my 20th year vacationing on HHI. I hope to stay in your place next summer and will be recommending to my friends and family. 

I would like to add that sunset Rentals were fantastic! I had a problem booking through a 3rd party, and ended up booking directly with them. their team of housekeepers did an excellent job.

Thanks! Great visit. Our first time staying in Shipyard. Enjoyed the beach path instead of having to cross the road. Quiet, dog friendly place to stay.

Incredibly clean (which is always THE MOST important factor) and a location that wasn’t too far of a walk from the beach! Sunset rentals was great to work with and really kept us in the loop with emails and texts! Loved the beach gear credit!!!

we've stayed at CC206 many times over the last few years, generally twice a year in April and October. We always enjoy our stay here. The upgrades look really nice, especially in the kitchen.

Halloween temperature plunged on a wild ride to crisp fall & colors of turning leaves. Nothing scary inn this lovely refuge from tricks and treats! The architecture rewarded us with surprising angles and delightful window peeks at outdoors. Cozy, calm colors & just right seating locations told us thoughtful people designed & cared for this home. We are loving the time to stretch, connect and renew our affection for each other and the nature around us here. Thank you!
