The living area of this Forest Beach rental villa features comfortable furnishings, including a Smart TV, as well as access to the private, enclosed patio. The patio area can be accessed through the main bedroom as well.
Just off the living area you'll find the dining area, as well as the custom kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters.
Beyond the living areas, you'll find the main bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom with a large, tiled walk-in shower.
Both guest bedrooms are located on the 2nd level. The first bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and private balcony. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and a pack and play. Both bedrooms share access to jack-and-jill bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
There is parking available for 1 car only in an assigned parking space. Please display the hangtag located in the property in the parked vehicle in the assigned space.
Located just steps from the beach and Coligny Plaza, our Coligny Beach rentals at the Continental Club offer guests a convenient location with extra privacy. The community houses just 16 townhomes, making it easy to enjoy the newly renovated community pool! Celebration Park, shops, dining, entertainment and the ocean are easily accessible with a quick walk or bike ride.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
We were lucky enough to stay at the Continental Club 1 for a beautiful week long getaway. The condo could not have been more perfect, being within minutes of great dining, the beach & the wonderful HH biking/trail system. We loved the short walk up to Coligny Plaza, spending nights out on the lovely patio & being just footsteps from a beautiful beach! The condo itself was incredibly comfortable, including any amenity we could have needed during our week long stay, the pool, patio & beach chairs were an added bonus! We felt very much at home & will not think twice about where to stay on our next trip to Hilton Head. Wonderful Stay
This place was absolutely prefect for the week stay that we had. Plenty of space and room for all 4 of us that went. It can defiantly fit 6-7 easily. This villa was about 5 mins walking time to the beach and shopping. Easy access to the beach and the road ways if you want to travel around the island. I loved that there was a washer and dryer for us to wash our swim suits. There are 2 bathrooms and showers which was nice and the downstairs shower was a most for after the beach with the removable shower sprayer. The back patio was very nice to just sit outside in the morning or afternoon and enjoy the weather. Also has a nice pool for those that would rather not get sand everywhere. Great Location
We had a great stay on our once-a-year vacation. The location was perfect for a two-minute walk to the beach or grabbing a cup of coffee in the morning.
