Large sliding glass doors lead to the private patio complete with a gas grill and island scenery, allowing abundant light to flood through the living space.
The dining area comfortably seats 6 and offers well-lit views of the living area and patio. The kitchen features plenty of counter space, high-end stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to cook a meal right from home. This luxurious villa includes all the comforts of home, including family games perfect for bonding time around the dinner table or to make the most out of a rainy day.
Up the stairs you'll find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV with streaming capabilities, floor to ceiling windows and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The guest bedroom features two queen beds, a TV with streaming capabilities, and has access to the hall bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Seascape Villa 3090 is far enough from Coligny Plaza that it provides a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, yet close enough to quickly bike or walk to all the shops, restaurants, and fun activities available at Coligny Plaza and Celebration Park.
Guests of Seascape in Forest Beach have access to two community pools and private restrooms at the beach. The Forest Beach area is known as Hilton Head's "downtown" offering wide variety bars, restaurants, gift shops and grocery stores, all of which are a short walk from Seascape. Coligny Plaza, Coligny Beach Park, The Beach Market and the Coligny Theatre are within biking distance. All of this is situated within the natural beauty that is Hilton Head and directly on one of the finest beaches on the east coast.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Great little villa near the beach
