On the right of the foyer is the fully equipped kitchen. Just off the kitchen you will find the laundry room containing a full-size washer and dryer. In addition, the kitchen has a convenient dining/serving counter with 2 barstools that is open to the formal dining area, where there is a table with seating for 6.
The adjacent living room features comfortable seating, an entertainment center with a TV and DVD player for your indoor entertainment and a private balcony to relax and enjoy the Hilton Head Island outdoor lifestyle.
Colonnade Club 168 comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, a spacious walk-in closet and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There is a washer/dryer for your convenience.
The Colonnade Club, Hilton Head is a wonderful vacation destination within Shipyard Plantation, close to the beach with an on-site pool (open April 15th through September), pool house, heated spa and community BBQ grills. This complex is not equipped with elevators and use of stairs is required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

The place was just as shown the pictures. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. The kitchen was really nice and updated. The couch and TV in the living room were a bit outdated. It wasnt really an issue, but if we were staying there longer than a week or so, it's nice to have those types of ammenities The location was about 7/10 of a mile walking distance to the beach. The pool (not heated) was was a hop, skip and jump away. The grounds were nice and well kept. It's about 4 miles drive to Palmetto Dunes and 3 miles to Coligny. We didn't have wifi access upon arrival to do work , but Sunset was efficient and really really helpful. They were able to fix the issue and it was up running at the end of the day. Anytime we had questions, they were very responsive. Overall it was a great place stay. I would definitely stay again.
Sunset was great when it came down to answering questions and helping resolve issues. No issues what so ever!
