The dining area is located just off the living area, and the galley style kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to prepare meals during your stay.
The main bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom features two twin beds, a flat screen TV, as well as a private bathroom.

The beach and the Sea Pines Beach Club are both located an easy walk or bike ride away, as is the 600 acre forest preserve. Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Enjoyed Our Stay!

Great location
Great location and very nice condo. We loved the view out back. Easy to walk to the beach and ride bikes. The only thing we would have liked are fans in the bedrooms.

The condo was more than we imagined. Absolutely gorgeous, peaceful and amazing landscape. We will definitely be back. Beach is a 10 minute EASY walk. I was obsessed with the alligators. Perfect!

Loved our 3 day stay at 68 fairway lane. Great view of the water bodies and putting green inside Sea Pines. We were expecting rain but knew that we would be happy even if we were rained in with that view. It did not rain and we had a great time. The beach was a 10 min walk. 5 min bike ride.

Clean and comfortable
This villa is amazingly situated only a very short 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Our favorite part of the vacation was the villa itself! The pond that is right outside is full of wildlife and the villa’s enclosed glass room allowed for watching golfers and alligators from air-conditioned comfort. The villa is well-apportioned with all we needed to cook and was very clean and comfortable.

Reasonable value!
The view of the live oaks, lagoon , & tee boxes out of the back was relaxing. Carolina room made it more visible and enjoyable. Always something to see besides bad golf swings ( some funny). It was a reasonable value.

Tranquility Base :)
Other than a hike to the beach, this is the perfect property for a couple or small family. The property is well equipped, nicely furnished and very well maintained. It is very close to the South Gate, but close to Harbour Town, Salty Dog, golf, hiking and, of course, bike trails.
