As you walk through the entrance, you'll find yourself in the front living area, which features coastal décor, a flat screen TV and a sleeper sofa. A little further into the home, you'll find an open living space with another sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and access to the private patio.
This living area is open to the dining room, which seats 6 comfortably. Another 3 seats can be found at the kitchen bar. The stunning kitchen features stainless appliances, custom cabinetry, granite counters and Keurig coffeemaker.
All 3 bedrooms are located on the 2nd level. The spacious master features a king bed, flat screen TV and a private ensuite. This unbelievable bathroom features double sinks, oversized walk-in shower with rainfall showerhead and a separate water closet.
The queen guest room also has a flat screen TV and a renovated private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The twin guest room has a flat screen TV and access to an updated hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Beachwalk is the closest villa complex to the beach in Shipyard Plantation and has an on-site communal pool. In addition, the golf and racquet clubs, and the Sonesta Resort are close by. This complex is not equipped with elevators, use of stairs would be required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Perfect Location!
This was a perfect location for our family beach trip! About 0.3 mile walk to the beach, pool right across the parking lot, plenty of paths to walk/bike, and a short drive to restaurants/coffee shops/etc. The space was clean, spacious, well-stocked, and the “starter supply kit” (dish soap, laundry detergent, etc) had everything we needed. The response time was also very quick when we had an issue with the A/C (someone came on a Sunday within a couple hours to repair it). Beautiful 3 Bedroom Condo with great rental company
Both Sunset Rentals and this specific condo exceeded our expectations. Sunset Rentals was super easy to get ahold of and answered all of my very minor questions prior to arriving. Upon arrival it was easy to get our car passes into Shipyard, we got right into our unit which was the cleanest unit I've ever rented. I hope everyone respects this unit so that it stays as nice as it was for us! It was stocked with everything and then some.... coffee maker, Keurig, Pizza Pans, Cookie Sheets, glass cups, plastic cups, plates of every size, serving platters you name it. Also the entire place was decorated in a beautiful coastal theme. Every room had a beautiful flatscreen. I cannot recommend this unit enough. We will definitely stay here again! Exceeded expectations!
After a long drive from Iowa, we found fun, beauty and relaxation in this lovely condo. This is our first time on Hilton Head, and it exceeded all of our expecations! The beach was our favorite daytime excursion, but air conditioning and convenient nearby pools made for relaxing evenings. We really liked the decor and amenities of our stay. We hope to return!

Beachwalk 146
The home was spacious and well stocked. We were able to walk or bike to the beach without any issues and really enjoyed being able to rent chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. We liked being in Shipyard and enjoyed all the bike trails as well as proximity to shopping and restaurants. All contact with Sunset Rentals was great and they were very easy to work with!
