This large, well-manicured patio has plenty of seating space and a propane grill.
Back inside, you'll find a dining table for 4 with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar. The kitchen features granite counters, stainless appliances, custom cabinets and a full-size laundry center.
The main bedroom is also on this level. This room features a king bed, Smart TV, access to the private patio and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Up the stairs, you'll find 2 guest rooms. The first has a king bed, a private balcony overlooking the patio area, Smart TV and a private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a double and a twin bed with access to a private bath with a tiled walk-in shower.
There is parking available for 1 car only in an assigned parking space. Please display the hangtag located in the property in the parked vehicle in the assigned space.
Located just steps from the beach and Coligny Plaza, our Coligny Beach rentals at the Continental Club offer guests a convenient location with extra privacy. The community houses just 18 townhomes, making it easy to enjoy the newly renovated community pool! Celebration Park, shops, dining, entertainment and the ocean are easily accessible with a quick walk or bike ride.

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils.
Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Great place close to great shopping, restaurants and night life. You can walk to great beach access and everything was as advertised! Would definitely stay again!

5/5 Very enjoyable home The home was great, lots of space and privacy. Easy to recharge there for activities. Public beach access is an easy 0.3 mile walk

Continental Club 16
I really liked a lot of things: lots of towels, bike rental voucher, lots of hooks in every room, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants, 2 separate beds in 1 of the bedrooms was nice.

Perfect location very walkable close to any attraction we needed. The house was just what we expected. If you like hard pillows I would bring your own these were very soft, but there was plenty and extra blankets which was nice. It gets hot upstairs even with the ceiling fan a stand up fan or bringing an extra if possible might help. Overall perfect stay!!
