The reimagined open-concept floor plan makes it easy for guests to spend time together and allows space to spread out. The living room features brand-new, thoughtfully curated pieces and a 65” smart TV. The dining area features seating for six. The private patios are accessed through sliding doors in the dining and living rooms. Enjoy the patio dining table and grill while watching tennis and pickleball at the renowned Smith Stearns Tennis Academy from the backyard!
Fully open to the living and dining rooms, the kitchen features quartz countertops and backsplashes, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets and everything you need to make meals for your family.
Guests benefit from added storage space and a powder room on the lower level as well as a washer and dryer area. Both bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located on the upper level. Each fully appointed bedroom has new bedding and decor. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a wall-hung 50” smart TV. The en-suite features a beautifully tiled walk-in rain shower with a hand-held sprayer and bench seating. The guest bedroom has two queen beds and a wall-hung 50” smart TV. A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Paradise
The condo was clean, great view out the back, grill worked and nice utensils, good beds, plenty of towels. We had a wonderful stay, no complaints. Heritage Villas is our favorite in Sea Pines. Home away from home
I loved staying here with my friends - it truly felt like my home away from home during our week at the beach. The beds were comfortable - more than once I found us talking about how well we slept. The kitchen tools and appliances were well stocked so we were able to mix both eating out and making meals at the house, including a grill night. You can tell the bathrooms are newly renovated and the showers were amazing, especially after a long day at the beach! The condo is really close to the 3 Sea Pines golf courses, which was something our group was looking for. Ultimately, I loved how homey the place felt - we truly wanted to spend time there. Gorgeous villa!
Beautifully renovated! I spent a week here with my friends and we loved it. The kitchen was definitely recently updated with very nice appliances. We had everything we needed to cook at home when we wanted to! The beds were very comfortable, we all slept very well every night. The bathrooms were also super nice, great water pressure, which was needed after spending time at the beach. The guys loved the proximity to the golf course as well. 5/5 Fantastic vacation house! Our family had a fantastic vacation and this house made it that much better! It is beautifully decorated and has nicely updated renovations. The fully equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms and the eating and living areas made for a very inviting and comfortable stay! We would absolutely recommend and we hope to stay here again!

Stunning Reno
I've actually stayed at this condo a couple of times and recently stayed after the completion of the renovation and really - just WOW. There are quite a few stunning enhancements, mostly to the kitchen and bathrooms. It's gorgeous inside and the location is pretty perfect within Sea Pines as it's close in proximity to Harbour Town and the Shops at Sea Pines if you're looking for places to eat, drink, and explore. The condo is spacious, clean, has everything anyone would need to make this vacation spot a home away from home. Incredible Renovation - Perfect Location
Hesitant to let the cat out of the bag because I’d like to keep this hidden gem to myself… I stayed at 2292 Heritage Villas a year ago and liked it. After experiencing the renovations, I love it. Every inch of the villa has been renovated and makes this getaway feel extremely relaxing! The showers are incredible and the finishes are high end. Heritage Villas are located so close to Harbour Town and a quick trip to Shops at Sea Pines. Getting to the beach is simple, tennis and golf are right outside the front door. The Perfect Getaway
This condo is beautiful and has everything you need! We went for a girls’ weekend and took advantage of the large, well-stocked kitchen, cooking several meals. Excellent Accommodations!
This newly renovated property is so incredibly nice. The two primary bathrooms off of each bedroom included two shower heads. All bedrooms had large TV's. The kitchen was exceptional and nicely stocked. The location at Sea Pines is great with easy access to tennis and pickle ball courts. I enjoyed the lovely walk to the light house and country club. Lovely Getaway
I’ve been coming here for the last few years for Memorial Day and have the best time. I love the openness of the kitchen so you can be in it while still being able to talk with those in the living room. It’s not lost on me the mirror on the wall so you can watch what’s on the TV in there, either. (Maybe just me??) close proximity to Harbour Town and the beautiful lighthouse with a dock where you can view dolphins that is so lovely. Showers are great, and there really is plenty of space. I liked watching the squirrels playing in the backyard area in the morning. Beach access is drivable and parking at the villa is a breeze. I do wish that the timers for the fans in the rooms could be longer than 8 hours, but that just means it’s time to get up and enjoy all Sea Pines has to offer.- Anonymous U , Posted: 05/29/2024
