The dining area seats 6 comfortably with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The well-appointed kitchen features granite counters, plenty of cabinet space and a Keurig coffee maker.
Just off the living area you'll find a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as a laundry center.
The main bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, access to a balcony shared by the living area and a private bathroom. The bathroom has double sinks and a tiled walk-in shower.
The spacious guest room features 2 queen size beds, a Smart TV, access a balcony shared with the living area and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Great villa with everything you need plus The best location!
We loved our stay here. You can see the beach dunes from the back deck, and you can literally park you car and not move for a week. There are many restaurants within walking distance. If you play pickleball, tennis or golf this is the place to stay. Newly renovated pickleball courts are just across the street.
