The spacious living area features comfortable seating with plenty of room for the whole family, a large flatscreen TV to watch your favorite shows, and access to a private balcony overlooking the community pool. Spiral stairs lead down from the balcony directly to the pool for easy access!

Beyond the living area, you'll find the designated dining area with seating for four, as well as a full-size kitchen equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances and everything you need to make a meal right from home. A laundry room is also located off the living area so that you never have to pause your vacation for mundane household chores! Additionally, a powder room is also located off the living area for your convenience.

Up the stairs, you'll find two bedrooms with private bathrooms. The primary bedroom offers a King bed, Smart TV, stunning view overlooking the pool, and a full bathroom with a large walk-in glass shower. The guest bedroom features a Full size bed, Twin bed, Smart TV, and a private bathroom with a custom tiled tub/shower combination.

Courtside Villas, Hilton Head Island has 2 beautiful pools, guests get tennis privileges up to one hour per day at the tennis center, and the HHI trolley stop is right out front.
