Completely renovated and newly furnished for summer 2024, this 4th floor waterfront condo offers gorgeous views from every room. There's no better location to view to watch the boat traffic by day and the seasonal fireworks by night!
The open concept floor plan offers a spacious living area with a sleeper sofa, Smart TV, electric fireplace and access to the balcony through sliding doors. The dining area is in between the living area and kitchen with seating for 8.
The new kitchen has stainless appliances and plenty of cabinet and counter space. Guest can enjoy views of the harbour through a wall of windows in the living area while cooking their meals!
Uniquely, each bedroom has access to a balcony. The main bedroom, located to the left of the front door, has a king bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom, located off the living area, has a queen bed, Smart TV and a private bath with a walk-in shower. (This room shares a balcony with the living area.) The final guest room, located near the main bedroom, has a set of twin bunk beds and a full size Murphy bed. This room has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Guests staying at Yacht Club have access to a community pool. Enjoy easy access to all the shops, restaurants and water sport activities of Shelter Cove Marina- all within steps of your front door! Guests also have access to Palmetto Dunes and access to the Dunes Buggy Shuttle which runs seasonally.

Palmetto Dunes is a secured community, please specify the number of security gate passes that are needed at the time of booking your reservation. Passes are charged per car per week. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
