This beautifully renovated 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhome in Tennimaster will provide the perfect location for your next family adventure!

The open concept floor plan provides plenty of space to spread out. The living area features comfortable furnishings, a large Smart TV and access to both the screened in porch and large deck through sliding glass doors. Both outdoor spaces offer comfortable furnishings and views of the golf course beyond.

Back inside of this vacation rental in Shipyard, you'll also find a dining area and fully renovated kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances and extra seating at the kitchen bar. You'll also find a powder room, as well as a dedicated workspace just off the kitchen.

The 1st bedrom is located on the main level and has a queen bed and newly renovated bathroom with a large walk in shower. The remaining two bedrooms are on the second level, both with private balconies. One bedroom has a queen bed, day bed with trundle and a tub/shower combination. The other bedroom has a king bed and a walk-in shower.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

The Tennismaster villa complex is set in lush landscaping in Hilton Head’s Shipyard with an onsite pool and only a short 10 minute walk or quick bike ride on the trails to the beach. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Shipyard is tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head Island with 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty. Shipyard boasts the charm of the South Carolina Lowcountry, a laid-back coastal atmosphere and easy access to Hilton Head’s shopping, restaurants and top activities.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
