Mariners Way 682

The two bedroom, 2 bath condo has been recently "gutted".  Everything is brand new.  Laminate flooring throughout.  No carpet.  New plumbing fixtures, vanities, kitchen cabinets and tops, furniture, light fixtures, w/d and other appliances.  65" big screen TV in the living room and smaller TV in master.  Balcony with chairs.  Location is perfect.  Top floor with ocean view.  Shops and restaurants below and adjacent.  Live entertainment just yards away.  Condo is a block from lighthouse and marina in Harbour Town.  Suzanna was helpful and allowed use to check in early.  We will be back.

Amazing condo right by the water.  Restaurants and shops are walking distance from your door.  Suzanna gave great directions to the place and made finding it extremely easy.  There is a convenience store on the first floor of the building to any needs.  Parking availability was great Bakery close by for a quick breakfast.  Overall amazing place and would stay here again.

This place is amazing.  Suzanna has thought of everything.  Anything we needed was provided from in-house laundry to a first aid kit.  The house is very well furnished and you can tell she went the extra mile to make sure everything she used is of high quality.  I would recommend anyone to stay here without a doubt.

Great location. Great amenities. Great vacation.

We loved our stay here.  The location is convenient to all the things Sea Pines has to offer.  Walk or bike to the pool.  Restaurants, ice cream, shops, the playground, Harbour Town Pier, and the lighthouse are all walking distance.  The condo offers great amenities.  The kitchen is well-stocked and the in unit laundry was a huge help with beach/pool trips.

The condo is at a perfect location in Harbour Town.  Minutes away from all the restaurants and the amazing playground is right by the entrance, though you cannot hear it in the condo.  We love being able to get everything quickly and jumping in the car to drive 7 minutes to Sea Pines Beach Club or 5 minutes to the stable and farm.  The condo had everything we needed and was beautifully appointed, down to luxurious towels and huge TV.  Amazing stay!

Suzanna's place was amazing!  The location is great being so close to everything that Harbour Town has to offer.  We rented bikes for the week and it was a short bike ride to the beach.  There is also a trolley for the beach for those days you don't feel like biking.  We also used this to get to South Beach and the Salty Dog.  The trolley stop is right outside the stairwell next to the condo, making it more convenient.  Suzanna's place had everything we needed and is very well decorated.  A big TV and good wifi for the night were welcome after long days at the beach.  Lastly, Suzanna is very responsive and addresses questions quickly and politely.

Perfect Harbour Town location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Harbour Town.  The apartment is so fresh and beautifully renovated, perfect for our needs.  It was great to be able to walk or bike to everywhere we wanted to go.  Suzanna is super prompt and helpful-a pleasure to deal with.

Could not ask for a better location or a more beautiful home!  Comfortable seating in the great room, plenty of space for dining.  Beautiful finishes and function in the kitchen.  Within walking distance to fantastic restaurants in SEa Pines.  We will definitely stay here again!

Really great stay and value.  Super updated and spacious condo, tons of great shops are accessible nearby.  Easy check in/check out process.  The unit was spotless and really well kept.  Will definitely be staying here again.  Thank you!

Beautiful place to stay!

This is our second time staying in this rental because we enjoyed it so much last summer!  It's roomy and clean and the host is so easy to work with.  We have young kids so it was wonderful to walk right downstairs to dinner or the playground!  We will definitely return.

The Best condo!

We had a wonderful time staying here.  The condo is so clean and comfortable.  We loved taking the trolley which was right net to the condo.  We also enjoyed walking to grab coffee, dinner and listen to music in the evenings.  Such a great location!  We will definitely come back!

Nothing short of Amazing

You will not be disappointed staying here.  This was our 4th time at Sea Pines and this was by far our favorite spot.  The condo was beautiful and clean and the location was fantastic.  Our family has agreed this is the place we will stay in the future.  The beds and pillows were very comfortable which is very important as well.

This is an awesome location for your stay in Harbour Town.  Very family friendly, clean and comfortable.  Parking was also convenient and allowed for ease in unloading our car with the help of a luggage cart and elevator access.  We will definitely consider staying here again next year.

We absolutely loved our stay in Sea Pines and Harbour Town.  Suzanna's flat was perfectly situated by the yacht basin with gorgeous views of the ocean and amazing walkability and convenient for biking.  Parking was a bit of a challenge so we kept our car in a more remote lot, but it was not too far.  We will definitely be back!
